ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 15 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

• Refunds are credited to the original form of payment or a Matilda’s Gift Card.
• Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds expected 5-7 business days after processing.
• Shipping charges are not refunded.
• Exchanges are processed as inventory allows.
• All items marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned for a refund.
IN-STORE Returns Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 business days of purchase with original receipt or 30 days with a gift receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
We ship anywhere within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
After your order has shipped, you will recieve a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
Orders typically ship from Stuart, FL within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Orders are shipped with UPS standard ground or USPS and will take 1-6 days for delivery depending on the state.
We also offer Overnight and Two Day shipping (shipping rates will appThe cut off time for same day fulfillment is 12 PM est. Any orders that are placed after 12 PM eastern will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon will ship on Monday.
